Black Economic Empowerment
Talking Heads Advertising has since January 2001, endeavoured to be pro-active in this arena.
As a new SMME, we have already managed to implement as follows:
General Sub Contracting
 Talking Heads Advertising subcontracts all repro and print work to United Litho Kopano, a black empowered print house with a 26% black shareholder ship. United Litho Kopano’s equity is made up as follows:
  • 45% Equity held by United Printing Works cc (17 years in the industry)
  • 26% equity held by new partner (Brian Sathekge)
  • 26% earmarked for future strategic development

    • Web printing is sub-contracted to Kwik Kolor, a wholly black owned organisation. 80% of our turnover is allocated to print; hence as a print broker, a large slice of our business is outsourced to BEE suppliers.
